Explanation of responses
- F1This security represents restricted stock units granted under the Issuer's 2015 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock of the Issuer.
- F2The restricted stock unit (the "RSU") shall vest in five (5) equal annual installments beginning on April 1, 2019, such that the RSU shall be fully vested on April 1, 2023, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service with the Issuer through each such date.
