- F1Represents dividend equivalent rights accrued on the reporting person's phantom units granted on May 5, 2017 pursuant to the CSI Compressco LP Amended and Restated 2011 Long Term Incentive Plan and that were settled proportionately with the award to which they relate. Each dividend equivalent right is the economic equivalent of one Common Unit representing limited partner interests in CSI Compressco LP and may be settled only in Common Units representing limited partner interests in CSI Compressco LP.
- F2This phantom unit award was granted pursuant to the CSI Compressco LP Amended and Restated 2011 Long Term Incentive Plan. One-third of the award will vest on each of May 6, 2018, January 6, 2019 and May 6, 2019.
