Explanation of responses
- F1The dividend equivalent rights accrued on an award of phantom units granted pursuant to the CSI Compressco LP Amended and Restated 2011 Long Term Incentive Plan and were settled proportionately with the award to which they relate. Each dividend equivalent right is the economic equivalent of one Common Unit representing limited partner interests in CSI Compressco LP.
- F2On May 16, 2016, the reporting person filed a Form 4 reporting an incorrect number of Dividend Equivalent Rights exercised and acquired as of May 4, 2016.
