Explanation of responses
- F1Reflects the closing price of Issuer's common stock on February 21, 2017. On February 21, 2017, the Issuer completed a membership interest purchase agreement with Rockstar Acquisitions, LLC, which leverages its licensed intellectual property, technology and processes to produce Basalt Fiber Reinforced Polymer products that are used as replacements for steel products that reinforce concrete such as rebar, in exchange for 95,500,000 shares of its common stock.
