Explanation of responses
- F1In connection with Mr. Mudd's announced resignation as President & CEO of the Company effective June 1, 2014, the Company partially cancelled Mr. Mudd's option to purchase 729,707 shares of common stock as granted on January 22, 2014 at $0.0003 per share. The Company also amended Mr. Mudd's vesting schedule and the resulting option consists of an option to purchase 304,854 shares of common stock at $0.0003 per share with 101,618 shares vesting each year beginning August 19, 2014.
