- F1Each restricted stock unit represents the right to receive a share of common stock, or in the sole discretion of the Company's Compensation Committee, the value of a share of common stock on the date that the restricted stock unit vests.
- F2The restricted stock units vest in five equal installments on June 24, 2015, December 1, 2015, December 1, 2016, December 1, 2017 and December 1, 2018 provided that Mr. Georgiopoulos is employed by the Company or one of its subsidiaries through the applicable vesting date.
