Mr. Cole is a member of Flagship Ventures 2007 General Partner LLC, the sole general partner of Flagship Ventures Fund 2007, L.P. (the "Fund"). The Fund is a reporting person and has filed Forms 3 and 4 reporting its ownership of shares of the Issuer's common stock. Mr. Cole disclaims beneficial ownership of the Fund's shares, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
