- F1A Form 4 for the Reporting Person was filed on June 19, 2017. Such Form 4 was filed in error as no disposition occurred. The Form 4 reported a deemed disposition back to the Issuer of 6,271 shares solely for purposes of reporting the satisfaction of the Reporting Person's tax withholding obligations in connection with the vesting of underlying restricted stock. No withholding occurred on such vesting date.
