Explanation of responses
- F1Represents an award of restricted stock units that will vest pursuant to the following schedule: (a) 5% of the restricted stock units will vest on each of March 31, 2017, June 30, 2017, September 30, 2017, and December 31, 2017; (b) 7.5% of the restricted stock units will vest on each of March 31, 2018, June 30, 2018, September 30, 2018, and December 31, 2018; and (c) 12.5% of the restricted stock units will vest on each of March 31, 2019, June 30, 2019, September 30, 2019, and December 31, 2019.
