Explanation of responses
- F1On September 9, 2026, Moutoulas Shipping Corporation ("Moutoulas") agreed to acquire from the Issuer, in a private placement, 1,500,000 shares of Common Stock, at a price of (euro) 6.70 per share (approximately equivalent to $7.81 per share, at an exchange reference rate of (euro)1 to $1.1652 as published by the European Central Bank for September 9, 2026), which acquisition settled on September 11, 2026.
- F2Mr. Hajioannou disclaims any beneficial ownership of any of the equity securities of the Issuer reported on this Form 4 (the "Subject Securities"), except to the extent of any pecuniary interest therein.
