Explanation of responses
- F1Shares held indirectly in spouse's IRA were misreported on the Form 4 filed on 3/9/17. A decimal was mistaken as a comma and shares were reported as 7,458 rather than the correct amount, 7.458. The stock split in December 2016 and prior participation in dividend reinvestment increased the balance held in the IRA to 18 shares.
