Explanation of responses
- F1The reported securities are held by TAB2, LLC, a limited liability company of which the reporting person is the sole voting member. On August 24, 2015, the reporting person gifted the non-voting interests in TAB2, LLC (equal to 99% of the total interests in TAB2, LLC) to three trusts for the benefit of the reporting person's daughters. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the SFBS common stock held by TAB2, LLC except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
