- F1The executive was originally granted 6,998 restricted stock units on October 23, 2017, and in connection with the spin-off of the American Home Shield business, on October 1, 2018 those restricted stock units were adjusted to 10,335 restricted stock units. Each unit is an economic equivalent of one share of the Company's common stock.
