- F3On November 5, 2013, the reporting person was granted 5,714.3 restricted stock units ("RSUs"). Between December 5, 2013 and June 10, 2015 the reporting person was also granted additional RSUs in the form of dividend equivalents that vest at the same time and in the same proportions as the previously granted RSUs.
