- F2The reported shares are held of record by Sapphire Ventures Fund I, L.P. ("Sapphire Ventures LP"). Sapphire Ventures (GPE) I, L.L.C. ("Sapphire GP") is the general partner of Sapphire Ventures LP. The Reporting Person is a managing member of Sapphire GP and may be deemed to have an indirect pecuniary interest in such shares through his interest in the Sapphire GP. His exact pecuniary interest therein is not readily determinable because it is subject to several variables, including without limitation, the rates of return of Sapphire Ventures LP overall with respect to its indirect investment in the Issuer.
