Explanation of responses
- F1Reflects restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted to the reporting person as an annual award for service on the Board of Directors. The RSUs will vest in full on the earlier of (i) the one-year anniversary of the grant date or (ii) the Company's next regular Annual General Meeting of Stockholders, subject to continued board service through the applicable vesting date. The RSUs will vest in full upon the occurrence of a change in control (as defined in the SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. Amended and Restated 2015 Global Incentive Plan). These RSUs may be settled solely in shares of common stock.
- F2Reflects restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted to the reporting person in lieu of annual cash retainer for service on the Board of Directors, which shall vest and settle as to 25% on the last day of each calendar quarter duringthe period from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
