Explanation of responses
- F1Reflects restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted to the reporting person in connection with appointment to the Board of Directors. The RSUs will vest in equal annual installments over three years, subject to continued board service through the applicable vesting date. The RSUs will vest in full upon the occurrence of a change in control (as defined in the SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. 2015 Global Incentive Plan (the "Plan")).
