- F2The 19,000 options to purchase shares of the Issuer's common stock were issued pursuant to a Stock Option Agreement, made in connection with a grant under the Issuer's 2016 Stock Incentive Plan by the Compensation Committee of the Issuer's Board of Directors on February 20, 2018, for services rendered to the Issuer.
- F3The securities in Table I and Table II of this report are beneficially owned by Renewable Energy Management Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of RR Water Projects Ltd., which is owned and controlled by Mr. Amitzur and his wife.
