Explanation of responses
- F1Restricted shares granted pursuant to the Amended and Restated 2007 Long-Term Incentive Plan. These shares will vest annually in four equal installments beginning on January 19, 2016.
- F2Each performance unit represents a contingent right to receive up to one and one half ordinary shares. Amount indicated reflects the target number of performance units awarded pursuant to the Amended and Restated 2007 Long-Term Incentive Plan.
