Explanation of responses
- F1Restricted shares granted pursuant to the Amended and Restated 2007 Long-Term Incentive Plan. These shares will vest annually in four equal installments beginning on January 19, 2016.
- F2Each performance unit represents a contingent right to receipt up to one and one half ordinary shares. Amount indicated reflects the target number of performance units awarded pursuant to the Amended and Restated 2007 Long-Term Incentive Plan. During the three year performance period to which these performance units are subject, the participant will receive the pro rata portion of the target award that corresponds with the company's attainment of total shareholder return relative to the company's peer group.
