- F1Received in exchange for 15,045 Series B Preferred Shares of Apple REIT Ten, Inc. ("Apple Ten") in connection with the merger of Apple Ten into a wholly-owned subsidiary of the issuer (the "Merger") along with approximately an aggregate of $182,259 in cash consideration. There was no active trading market for Apple Ten Series B Preferred Shares as of the date of the Merger. Apple Hospitality common shares had a closing market value of $18.94 per share on the effective date of the Merger.
