- F1Of the reported shares, 10,560 shares are represented by performance restricted stock units ("PRSUs") granted on March 12, 2017 and 88,008 shares are represented by PRSUs granted on May 30, 2018, to which the PRSUs have vested based on the Company's achievement of certain performance targets over the last year that were set by the Compensation Committee for the performance period in the first quarters of 2017 and 2018, respectively.
