Remarks
The first 4 transactions from 01/07/2014 to 09/30/2014 corresponded to a debt/loan equivalent to 925,000 shares done with the same private investors who already opened a loan/debt in 2013 equivalent to 675,000 restricted shares. These investors got a total investment equivalent to 1,600,000 restricted shares for 2013 and 2014. The last reported investments from 5 different private investors done in October 14 and October 29, 2014 were respectively converted in 250,000, 15,000, 100,000, 12,500 and 12,500 shares for a total of 390,000 restricted shares corresponding to the stock certificate # 1566, 1568, 1567, 1569 and 1570. All these 2014 financial transactions including debt/loan were reported in my 2014 tax return. On November 5, 2014, I also acquired 2,000,000 shares. On 12/31/2014, I owned 26,872,183 (2013) + 2,000,000 - 925,000 - 390,000 = 27,557,183 restricted shares.
