Remarks
On January 15, 2013 and on April 1, 2013, I singed two convertible notes with the same private investors of year 2012. The respective dollar values of these convertible notes were $21,000 and $15,000 corresponding to 350,000 and 325,000 restricted shares. The private investors agreed that I could kept these notes as loan/debts as I had always hope INVO Bioscience will get FDA Clearance and I will be able to reimburse these loans/debts with interests instead of a stock conversion. On February 5, 2014 as nothing could suggest that I could reimburse these 2 loans/debts in a near future, I reported them as incomes on my tax return for the year 2013. On 12/31/2013, I owned (minus the conversions of 2 debts), 23,547,183 (2012) + 4,000,000 = 27,547,183 - (675,000) = 26,872,183 restricted shares
