Remarks
From January 6 to March 29, 2012, I sold the last 422,500 restricted shares coming from the pool of 1,114,290 shares to be traded on the public market and which was transferred to my agent Morgan Stanley at the end of 2011. From April 2012 up to December 2016, INVO Bioscience did not report to the SEC as the company had financial problems and could not pay the quarterly financial audit to continue to be traded on the public market in OTCBB. From April 2012, INVO Bioscience was traded on the Pink sheet. As the managers did not receive any salary during all these years, I had to sale my restricted shares to private investors for living. On 07/30/2012 and 10/09/2012 I sold respectively 150,000 and 500,000 restricted shares (certificates # 1515 and 1517) to private investors. On 12/31/2012 I owned 24,619,683 (2011) - 422,500 - 650,000 = 23,547,183 restricted shares.
