Remarks
During year 2010, I traded my securities on the public market using Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, as my agent, my account number is 486-175757-0-161. I used Morgan Stanley, until 03/29/2012; financial difficulties did not allow INVO Bioscience to pay for the financial audits. From March 29, 2012 until 2017, the stock of INVO Bioscience was traded in the Pink Sheet. On December 27, 2010, I acquired 650,000 restricted securities. The total of restricted shares was 24,661,473(2008)+ 650,000 = 25,311,473 restricted securities. In 2010, I sold 307,606 free trading shares. On 12/31/2010 the total of free trading shares left was 830,000 (2009) - 307,606 = 522,394 free trading shares. In December 31, 2010, the total of securities I owned was 25,491,473 (2009) + 650,000 - 307,606 = 25,833,867 shares
