I traded my securities on the public market using Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, as my agent, my account number is 486-175757-0-161. I used Morgan Stanley from 2009 until 03/29/2012 when I was authorized to trade on the public market through this agent. After March 2012, INVO Bioscience did not anymore report to the SEC and the stock of INVO Bioscience was traded in the Pink Sheet. On 12/31/2009 I sold 10,000 free trading shares. At the end of the Fiscal year 2009, the total of free trading securities was 830,000 shares. On 12/31/2009, as I did not sale any restricted securities, the amount remained the same as in year 2008 at 24,661,473 restricted shares. At the end of 2009, the total of securities I owned was 25,501,473 (2008) - 10,000 = 25,491,473 shares.
