J explanation: The 500,000 shares (line 2, Table I) were disposed pursuant a divorce decree. The transactions initially filed on 06/09/2017 and on August 8, 2017 (first 4 lines of Table 1) were inadvertently reported on wrong forms, Schedule 13-D Forms. On 12/28/2017 when the errors were identified, these transactions were re-reported on the correct Forms 4.
