Remarks
Reason for filing - elected as an officer of the Company on 1/2/2009, no stock owned, no stock transactions. Purely an oversight, did not realize my becoming an officer triggered the need to file a Form 3 and continuing with all future transactions along with other transactions. In the process of catching up on all past transactions that were missed.
