Explanation of responses
- F1Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs"). The Reporting Person is entitled to receive one (1) share of Common Stock for each one (1) RSU upon vesting. 25% of the RSUs shall vest on each anniversary following August 14, 2015, subject to the Reporting Person remaining a service provider through each such vesting date.
- F2Consists of 15,750 RSUs.
- F325% of the shares subject to the option shall vest and become exercisable on the first anniversary measured from August 10, 2015 (the "Vesting Commencement Date"), and 1/48th of the total number of shares vest in thirty-six (36) successive and equal monthly installments thereafter, such that 100% of the shares subject to the option will be fully vested on the fourth anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date, subject to the Reporting Person remaining a service provider through each such vesting date.
