Explanation of responses
- F1Represents the number of shares withheld by and surrendered to the Issuer on February 24, 2016, to satisfy tax withholding obligations that arose in connection with the vesting of the Restricted Stock Units (the "RSUs") granted on February 24, 2014 for 35,000 shares. The RSUs vested with respect to 25% of the underlying shares on February 24, 2015 and the remaining shares shall vest annually at a rate of 25% per year, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer.
