- F1Represents the number of shares withheld by and surrendered to the Issuer on January 13, 2015, to satisfy tax withholding obligations that arose in connection with the vesting of the RSU granted on August 23, 2012 for 429,333 shares. The RSU vested with respect to 25% of the underlying shares on October 13, 2013 and the remaining shares shall vest monthly thereafter in 36 equal installments.
