- F2As the result of a broker administrative error, the Form 4 previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") incorrectly reported one purchase price for the aggregate of shares purchased. The purchase price is corrected on this amended Form 4. The amended purchase price represents the weighted average purchase price per share. The shares were purchased at prices ranging from $1.62 to $1.63 per share.
