Options to purchase 50,000 shares of common stock were issued in consideration for the Reporting Person's service on the Issuer's Board of Directors. Options to purchase 10,000 shares of common stock were issued in consideration for the Reporting Person's service as Chairman of the Issuer's Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
