Explanation of responses
- F11/4 of the shares subject to the award vest on the Date Exercisable, and the remainder vest in equal monthly amounts over the following 3 years, provided that the reporting person continues to be a service provider to the Issuer as of each vest date. In the event that the Issuer terminates the employment of the reporting person without cause prior to the Date Exercisable, 1/48 of the shares subject to the award shall vest for each full month of service from the Grant Date through the termination of the reporting person.
