Explanation of responses
- F11/36 of the shares subject to the option shall vest each month following the Issuer's 2015 annual shareholder meeting (to be held on June 2, 2015), provided the reporting person continues to be a director of the Issuer as of each vest date. Any unvested shares shall vest in full upon termination of the reporting person as a director of the Issuer in connection with Change in Control.
