Explanation of responses
- F1The transaction reported reflects the cash settlement of a fractional share in connection with the settlement of restricted stock units. The restricted stock units were granted to the reporting person on June 8, 2016, in accordance with the company's compensation program for non-management directors, and vested in full on June 8, 2017. The settlement of such restricted stock unit award was deferred, with the settlement to occur in three equal installments, together with accrued dividend equivalents, on March 1, 2018, March 1, 2019, and March 1, 2020, respectively.
