- F1Represents shares of restricted stock granted under the issuer's 2007 Stock Incentive Plan and exempt under Rule 16b-3(d). 173,745 of the shares vest annually in three equal installments beginning on December 31, 2017, subject to performance conditions. The remaining 86,872 shares vest December 31, 2019, subject to the issuer's three-year total shareholder return performance.
