Explanation of responses
- F1Amount reported in Box 5 reflects ordinary shares owned following the change in the exchange ratio of the Issuer's American Depositary Shares ("ADS") as reported on the Issuer's Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 30, 2015. After the change in the exchange ratio, the resulting reduction in issued and outstanding ADS and the elimination of fractional shares resulting therefrom, the Reporting Party beneficially owns 2,554 ADS.
