Explanation of responses
- F1The options vest as follows: 25% vest on each of the second, third, fourth and fifth anniversary of the grant date (March 25, 2016). The grant of these options is subject to the approval of an increase in the Company's 2015 Stock Incentive Plan by the Company's shareholders at the 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The options shall be forfeited and null and void if the increase is not approved by the Company's shareholders.
