Explanation of responses
- F1On December 24, 2014 the Reporting Person entered into a Private Placement Subscription Agreement (the "Agreement") with HCi VioCare (the "Issuer"). Under the terms of the Agreement the Reporting Person subscribed for a total of 133,333 shares of the Issuer's common stock at a purchase price of $1.50 per share for total cash proceeds of US$200,000. The shares are subject to applicable resale restrictions.
