Remarks
Mr. Hamilton is Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Assistant Secretary. On July 11, 2016, the reporting person filed a Form 4 that inadvertently understated the number of shares of Class A Common Stock withheld for taxes by 20 shares. This amendment is being filed to correct the number of shares reported in Column 4. The number of shares directly beneficially owned by the reporting person following the transaction in Column 5 was correctly stated in the original Form 4.
