Explanation of responses
- F1The reporting person was granted performance share units (PSUs) on May 8, 2018 that were subject to performance conditions which have been satisfied. Each PSU represents the contingent right to receive one common share. The PSUs will vest on January 10, 2021 subject to the reporting person's continued service through such date.
