- F1This filing represents the deemed conversion of phantom stock into cash. On May 31, 2016, the reporting person had awards of phantom stock that vested in accordance with the provisions in grants made on August 1, 2013, December 15, 2013, December 15, 2014, and October 1, 2015. Each share of phantom stock was the economic equivalent of one share of REXX common stock. The phantom shares were settled in cash valued at $.74 per share, based on the market closing price on May 31, 2016. No shares were actually issued, converted, or sold in connection with this transaction.
