Explanation of responses
- F1The original Form 4 filed on behalf of Mr. Walker on November 24, 2014 erroneously coded the transaction as "D" for "Disposed"; in fact, the transaction was a purchase by Mr. Walker of 1,000 shares. An amended Form 4 was filed on November 25, 2014 to correct the code to reflect "A" for "Acquired." This amendment to Form 4 is being filed to further clarify that the previous amendment (filed on November 25, 2014) was filed to amend the transaction that occurred on November 24, 2014.
