Apax X GP Co. Limited, in its capacity as investment manager of the Apax funds, controls 100% of the shares of Ignition Topco Ltd. Apax Guernsey (Holdco) PCC Limited Apax X Cell is the sole parent of Apax X GP Co. Limited.
