Explanation of responses
- F1Represents additional Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) resulting from the adjustment pursuant to the terms of Resolute Forest Products Equity Incentive Plan on December 20, 2018 of outstanding unvested RSUs in connection with the payment of the special cash dividend approved by the board of directors of Resolute Forest Products Inc. (the "Company") on October 31, 2018. These additional RSUs are subject to the original vesting schedule in place with respect to the underlying RSUs giving rise to the award adjustment.
