- F2Shares held by the Cabral Family Trust (the "Trust"). The Reporting Person is a trustee and beneficiary of the Trust and may be deemed to share voting and dispositive power with regard to the reported shares held by the Trust.
- F3Each Restricted Stock Unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer.
