Explanation of responses
- F1The award criteria for these performance restricted stock units ("PRSUs") was met on May 29, 2018. On June 5, 2018, the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee of the Board of Directors of PROS Holdings, Inc. ("Company") approved the vesting of such shares to be issued.
