Explanation of responses
- F1Reflects the grant of restricted share units with a value equal to approximately $200,000 that independent members of the Issuer's board of directors receive as part of their pre-approved annual compensation for board service, plus an additional number of restricted share units with a value equal to approximately $66,667 to compensate the Reporting Person for the period of time between the historical annual grant date in January and the June 5, 2015 grant date.
